The reciprocity statement is a bold faced lie........There is NO reciprocity between states or Canadian Provinces with the exception of your 1) Drivers License 2) Vehicle Registration 3) Insurance Requirements....NOTHING ELSE is covered under the Interstate motor vehicle reciprocity act. Now, some adjacent states have interlocutory agreements between themselves but it is NOT nationwide....
