5th wheel vs. travel trailer

1st day chasing the dream. Planning on lifestyle shift to full time rv resident in about a year. What are the benefits and drawbacks of a 5th wheel vs a trailer? I am a cyber commuter and will be working in my traveling home office, so living space is more important that sleeping space. Other preferred specialty items in order of importance: 1. bath tub (not necessarily full sized, but comfortable to sit in. I'm a petite 5'3.) 2. nice sized kitchen with island and plenty cooking space. 3. lift and mount for motorcycle. Expecting at least 2 slide outs. Any suggestions re makes, models, style would be greatly appreciated.
