Advice needed on RV necessities...

What is it? It's a good-old-fashioned potato peeler! All I can say is, get a good one! You won't regret it when camping! We eat potatoes with every meal, including breakfast (home made hash browns, and sometime home fries for breakfast).

I had to chuckle at your post. Hubby and I are on a mission to find the perfect set of kitchen tongs. We have one now but we love it so much it gets transferred back and forth until we can find another. These tongs are very plain, no hinge, no silicone. I think they are likely around 40 years old, LOL we check every thrift store we can.
