A good brand of:
Sewer Hose - RhinoFlex
White Potable Drinking Water Hose - Whatever WalMark has on sale.
Power Cord - Your TT should have come with one, otherwise they're pricey!
Surge Protector - Progressive Industries (Lifetime warranty)
Wheel Blocks - Camco Super (at WalMark $8.00 each)
Leveling Blocks - Wood or Lynx Brand
Make your first trip in your driveway or at a campground that is close to WalMark or Target or some place (Sam's Club has been mentioned) and take a pad of paper to keep track of all the stuff you'll need.

I've bought pretty much all these basics from Walmart. The "Camco" product line seems to work just fine. Having said that -- it is really nice to use higher quality stuff.
Example: Walmart hoses - usually have crappy threaded ends that can cross thread easily and many times don't seal well. My Walmart white drinking water hoses work, but I am very careful connecting them.
I use 3 foot lengths of 2x8 boards for leveling. I usually carry 3 of them in the truck. I also have a set of the plastic leveling blocks if I need them, but I use them more for leveling our grill, picnic table, etc. It is convenient to have them.
Other stuff you will accumulate the more you camp. Everyone has there own methods for doing things.
