Any financial advantages of buying new RV vs used?

Let me start by saying I'd never bought a new vehicle in my life but when we were looking at 5er's, to get what we wanted and needed for certain health issues we bought new. Not the fancy and glittery but a good basic 5er that met our wants and needs. I figure we'll have this one for 10-15 years so I'll have gotten my money's worth out of it.

As you stated there are pros and cons to each path and only you can make that decision.
