Anyone bought used rig with musty smells or dog odors?

"Natures Miracle" kills off odors very well I thought.

The odors may be a feature of trailers closed up in a humid area like Georgia or other states to the South.

Can't recall ever being in a nice used unit that smelled of mold, pets or pee.
We've always had brand new anyway.
