Anyone bought used rig with musty smells or dog odors?

We have been shopping used and have been quite discouraged by the percentage (90%) of used toweables that have strong odors! Most of them smell musty and mildewy, while a few of them have strong do...

I would start with replacing carpet (not expensive nor difficult) combined with thorough cleaning of rig/furniture etc. Open cans of coffee have great reputation for absorbing/eliminating odors - easy Google.
