Anyone bought used rig with musty smells or dog odors?

I have looked through a few, bring the little woman as her nose is far more sencitive than mine, so she can tell if someone used carpet fresh to hide odors, first sign of a dog inside and we walked away each time, we would not take one for free. last thing we need is for her and her kids to be sniffling and sneezing every minute they are inside.
