If you really like an RV that you have found that has odors.....hire a fire restoration company. Factor in the cost of that when you go to buy.
It is relativity inexpensive.
I have flipped several RV's by buying them cheap because of pet or cig smoke odors. I have a fire restoration company come out and clean them and at the end of the day the RV smells better than when it was new, and I sell them for twice what I paid for them. :W
Albeit...NEVER buy an RV if it smell like cat urine. That smell NEVER goes away even if the RV burns to the ground! :B
