Anyone bought used rig with musty smells or dog odors?

I've used a product called OdoBan (Amazon has it). The house we now live in had carpeting that smelled really bad from cat pee when we bought it. We ripped out the carpet and I scrubbed all the floors with OdoBan and it worked perfectly.

Most smells can be gotten rid of with effort. But definitely do not buy a rig that smells like mildew - which would probably be from water leaks - something you don't want to deal with.
