I understand that anything in the RV that is porous will absorb the odor and it will be very difficult to totally remove it. that is why it initially might seem odor free but after a period of time, particularly with humid conditions, the odor will reappear. if you are selling one that stinks, put the ozonator in it immediately before you show it to prospective buyers and they won't notice the stench until they buy it and have the first really humid weather.
the best cure is to remove every thing that is porous, carpets/drapes/furniture/etc. and wipe down the hard surfaces.
I have mentioned here before a beautiful Newmar that was at Star RV? in Elkhart that had a horrible cigarette stench that they tried all of these magic cures mentioned and could not eliminate it.
