For most short trips, I use my coffee pot, microwave, and grill most often. Next would be crock pot. I have been given toaster oven and electric skillet, but rarely use them. Most of the time, I travel by myself, so will often cook ahead and freeze meals or plan no cook meals. For longer or special trips, I have carried my elec roaster (Thanksgiving camping trip with entire family), specific size crock pots, large electric griddle.
I am a bit of an kitchen appliance junkie, so I have available almost anything I need. I carry what I think I will need for the specific trip. Still trying to determine what to keep and what to get rid of before I fulltime.
