Appliances?

What counter-top appliance do you find most useful, if any:

- Crock pot
- Electric skillet
- Something else?

Not planning on anything more than weekend or extended trips of a few weeks.

Coffee maker already on the list. Already have an electric teapot and stovetop griddle from our prior camping days. Dutch oven and small BBQ for outside cooking.

Trailer has two-burner gas stove and electric microwave-convection oven.
  • Portable Ice maker. The ice maker in the coach doesn't keep up with demand when entertaining on hot days. Doesn't apply on days like last week when I could just chip the ice off the road.
  • What you have in the OP, plus we also carry a small Toaster Oven (No Toaster). We wouldn't leave home without it.
  • Along with a coffee maker and toaster, we also have two crock pots (large and small) and an electric skillet on board, but we travel for months at a time.
  • Crockpot, throw something together in the morning or before you leave, then you have all day to recreate and have a meal ready when you want it.

    Set it and forget it!!!
  • You already have everything we take covered. For us a spare coffee pot KEURIG may be added. Ours died while camping Thanksgiving. Not a pretty sight.
  • Only ones we have are coffeepot and toaster. I have never needed anything else.
  • None of the above. For weekend trips cooking is one of the last things on my mind. Most of our cooking is done on either the outside stove or grill.
