You're making a lot of expensive arrangements and idk what the fascination is with vegas for buying a vehicle. Are they that much less there?
Does your insurance do rental coverage?
How about buy a pickup in Albq? Then you could buy an old cargo trailer for your stuff until you find the right TT. Have you looked in Albq for a TT? Plenty of them around.
