Nope, never seen anyone selling the "box" without the truck under it.
At risk of sounding snide, you've told everyone here how you're in a pinch, low on budget, dunno how to get to the next town, can't drive, recovering from injuries, etc, so suggesting you'd install the business end of a motorhome (8x10x20somehting box weighing 1000s of lbs and not designed for or mfg installed as pre built) is kind of out there.
Also putting a pickup bed on a C&C truck has its own challenges too. Frame is different, not plug n play.
Make a plan and stay focused. There are enough vehicles, TTs or MHs for sale that are move in ready. Plus whoever you'll be couch surfing with in LV will appreciate you not trying to graft a camper on the back of a chassis can truck in their driveway....
I'm sure you're very handy. I'd consider finding a decent truck and then buy a fixer upper TT if you're trying to get some sweat equity in your rig. At least you'll be mobile and have a roof over your head while doing it.
