Basic tool kit
Just graduated to a travel trailer after a few years off. Started out with a tent then had a couple of pop-ups so never too complicated an abode. I'm wondering what everyone has in their basic too...

I learned long ago that no matter what you take with you, anytime you are more than 20 feet from your main toolbox (ESPECIALLY if that 20 feet is straight up on a maintenance stand!) as soon as the job starts, you will discover that you don't have the one tool or part that you really, REALLY have to have!
Now that I am a RETIRED mechanic, I carry very few tools and almost no spare parts.
