California in general is not RV friendly in my opinion. 55mph max tow speed and must stay in right hand lane even if slow traffic (Yes, I got 2 tix last year in L.A. area because I went around traffic that was doing about 50, left lane was clear). In AZ such laws are highway/terrain specific. There are mountainous areas that do have speed limit signs for trucks/RV's and signs for such to stay in right lane. Most highways do not have any limitations for RV's.
