All that California law does is try to regulate stupidity or recklessness of drivers as much as it is practical to do so. Who is going to tow a travel trailer weighing more than 10,000 lbs. or a 5th wheel travel trailer weighing more than 15,000 lbs. - anyone actually doing this?
Amazing what people get upset about. 2 million families have had their homes stolen by the banksters and no one at Bank of America or Wells Fargo spends a day in court much less in jail. We have the worst educational system, worst transportation system, worst healthcare system, worst communications system, in the industrialized world and you want to throw a tirade over DMV regulations?
To be fair we are number one in the manufacturer, export, and use of weapons of mass destruction on civilian populations. No nation has killed more men, women, and children than the US military over the past 65 years.
