The Sister-in-law left their's on in Phoenix, the irrigation guy came by, did something, and a pipe broke inside the house. The leak was discovered and the water shut off but by the time they got down there, the place was full of mold. They ended up pulling all of the dry wall and wood trim,. replacing it and sold the house.
