Your 3600lbs towing capacity is ONLY if it has the factory tow package, which obviously yours doesn't have.
You would have to duplicate the factory tow package to get that 3600 number.
Since you have 5 passengers and a dog, you need more sleeping capacity.
As it is, a minivan is really only capable of towing a popup, if loaded with passengers and their cargo.
For a family your size, you'll need a capable SUV or truck to pull a trailer big enough for your family, even a hybrid TT.
