A trailer's listed dry hitch weight usually does not include LP, battery, or options. Your van is limited to 350 lbs hitch weight, I believe. That means a dry hitch weight of 275 lbs or less. Use this number when shopping.
In Canada, look at Taylor Coach trailers. 14' models sleep 5, weigh 1175 lbs, and carry 1025 lbs. Even their 21' and 24' models are light weight and could work. Good reputation for quality, I've read. Get all the tow pkg upgrades to your van and drive less than 90 kph. Make sure you have 10%-13% of total trailer weight on the hitch. Happy camping.
