You can find a good RV from most anywhere (dealer, craigslist, newspaper, etc.).
But remember that no matter who you buy from, you can't trust the seller to be honest. Don't take anything for granted. Insist on testing everything. Appliances (check to make sure they run on propane, generator and electric), run water through the system, etc. If they won't let you hook up the water, walk away. If they won't let you plug it in, walk away. Get it looked at by a mechanic. And so on.
