I'm new to Rving and would like recommendations on the best hitch bike racks for 2 bikes. I have a 36ft motorhome. There are so many in the market but little information on RV specific racks that can stand the punishment and not block the license plate.Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!Thank you!

I use the Swagman three bike towing model. I have not had any problem with it after many cross country trips. As far as the license plate when I'm towing you can't see the plate from the rear so I don't see where that matters much. JMO

I used other makes but they all failed with RV use. I strongly suggest you get this brand or at least check what ever brand you're considering for wording that tells you not to use on a RV.

We have ours mounted on the front of our truck. Bikes do not move at all. Very solid and has held up great even after hitting if on the pavement while exiting some steep driveways.

We have used this Swagman rack on the back of the fiver for five years. Been from IL to AZ to FL to NY and points in between and has stood up very well.

With a different mounting arm (to lift it higher) we also use it on the smart car hitch for local travel.
