blue stuff for toilet

I have a thetford cassette toilet and it has this blue stuff which seems to mix with water when you flush the toilet. where do I buy this stuff? what is it called?

right now I have a half full reservoir and im not sure what to do when it runs out.

    What is the proper name for it? I'm not even too sure what I am looking at in that section of Walmart.I've been there a few times now and there is a huge wall of different chemicals, liquids, sprays, its quite intimidating because I'm not sure where I should start.

    I am not sure about cassette toilets since mine is a an eight track :B

    I believe you can buy and use the same stuff as we use in RV's. You can get them in the RV section of Walmart.
