Boondocking and fridge

We have considered using the Rv as tent camping with the Grandchildren...lol. Better sleeping then a blowup mattress that is not blowen up by morning. We are going to go for the boondocking for our first trip with the Grandchildren, if we can do that, then hookups are a breeze..lol. Unfortunately dealing with an insurance company and my husband still working every other weekend, we will not have the Motorhome up and ready to practice with until the Vacation with the Grandchildren. If we are lucky maybe one weekend trip out, but does not look like it right now.
