Bought 5th wheel from private seller with lien - problems

Yes as geotex says.
In fact the guy could sell it to 10 different people and they could all show a hand written bill of sale but no one is getting a title or plate. In the end all of those 10 people could sue him or have him prosecuted and he could even do time for that but in the end the bank/lien holder would still own the 5er. This is a good example for people to pay attention to.
