Bought 5th wheel from private seller with lien - problems

First, the cashiers check should have been two party with both sellers name and the lien holders. He signs it in OP's presence then OP places in FEDx overnight to lien holder along with balance in form of cashiers check from seller.
I don't trust nobody.
