Bought 5th wheel from private seller with lien - problems

I'm glad the seller is honest. I don't think I would have a problem using the fifth wheel until things get worked out. When I bought mine, I used it until the title came back. Most DMVs can issue a temporary tag and registration.

I made sure I had a notarized bill of sale with me when traveling as well as insurance.

In mine situation, I sent the payoff to the bank my self through a local branch.
