Buying a TT, Bunk "Room" vs Bathroom door to outside

Are you planning on staying at RV parks or campgrounds?

If you're going to campgrounds, I would go with the bathroom door to the outside layout.

Reason: your son at 11 will likely prefer to set up a tent for him and his friend. Then your daughter and friend can each have their own bunk bed, and the boys can easily access the bathroom at night without waking everyone up.
