Enclosed room. We wake up earlier then he kids do and it's nice to close the door. We also go just about every weekend in the summer and its nice for the kids to go chill in the room if they want. They can get dressed in there along with friends which is nice. Plus its more storage space with the extra cabinets. Look for the outdoor kitchen also as it is a feature we love.
