What ever you buy, if it is not airbrake, have the brake system flushed as that is the most frequently overlooked maintenance item. Also, Near 20yo, watch all the rubber as it tends to come apart.
As a Submariner, (Thank You by the way) you understand maintenance. If what you buy has no records, then get everything done on your own.

Thanks Matt,,good advice and great links,,I'll check them both out..I am not super set on a RexHall and am now looking at a 200 Monaco in Chattanooga Tn at a dealer..Like you,,I have been shopping awhile and between my wife and I we have come up with some must have's in our living arrangements..We kind of started it unknowingly and now we look out for each other,,and some of it's just small things,,Like a night table on each side of the bed,,little things..Please,,if you think of any other things don't hesitate to leave them here with me..
