IMHO Run don't walk away from this deal.
Salvage titles are considered a clean title. BUT it varies state by state regarding salvage titled, totaled etc vehicles, what will happen when you go to register it, insure it etc. Some states won't register it and many insurance companies won't insure it.
These usually become a constant tangled web you will be constantly fighting one way or another.
And the biggest problem? When YOU go to sell it you will have the same problems also trying to find a buyer that wants to get involved in a totaled vehicle. And as you have found it is easily researched and forever follows the vehicle forever. Just saying. There are a ton of used RV's out there for sale find one with less baggage! :W
