x3 on buying a box trailer. That sounds basically like what you want anyhow. If you search around, you may be able to find something for sale that approaches what you need (as a construction site office trailer, perhaps, or something along those lines).
Do be aware that, as described, you likely will not be able to register your trailer as an RV but will have to register it as a trailer. For the most part that doesn't really make much difference in practice. It does mean that, if your combined weight of trailer and tow vehicle is over 26,000 pounds, you will need a CDL to drive it (an actual CDL, not just a higher class non-commercial license such as some states require for large non-commercial vehicles or combinations). The state DMV or whatever it's called should be able to provide you with the legal requirements for an RV.
