You can follow-up with a phone call, but unless you talk to someone that actually knows, you may get all sorts of incorrect answers.
We host at a state park, so I know each and every site in the park, their dimensions, 20, 30 and 50 AMP, etc. I called to get a reservation during one of our non-hosting months and was told that my RV, which is 43 feet long would not fit in the newer campground, but would fit in the older pull-thru campground. There is not a single site that our RV would fit in in the older site. I have no idea what they were looking at, but it was definitely wrong. I called and spoke with the park manager and he said that he would address it, but......
Just saying, google earth will probably help you more than a phone call.
