Can I use travel trailer while still coupled to tow vehicle?

We're looking to hit the open road with our travel trailer. Is it okay to spend the night in our travel trailer while still hooked up to the truck? I'm thinking in terms of random stops for 6-8 hou...

Yes no problem

However, be aware of battery use unless you have an isolator between the TT and the tow vehicle battery.

You can run down the tow vehicle battery if you leave the cord plugged in.
