NO!!! The trailer will fall over onto the door trapping you inside then the propane will explode into a firey ball of death...wait, back on the meds now...no seriously, no harm will come of it. Hitting a pothole at 70mph puts way more stress on the suspension than you sleeping inside.
I would pull the wiring harness plug regardless as electronics have a way of not working as intended at the worst times. If you are bothered by movement, drop the stabilizers. Just make sure to give it a once over in the morning to make sure everything is back in travel mode before driving off.
