Can I use travel trailer while still coupled to tow vehicle?

I never unhitch unless I'm staying more than one night. Even if the tongue's too low, I'm too lazy to uncouple...just throw some blocks under the tug rear wheels and I'm all set!

I do have a battery isolator, by the way, so no drawdown threat to tug battery.
