she told me the form to download and the blanks that might cause trouble. 10 minutes at the CASA GRANDE DMV and I walked out with the title for AZ. USED the CG I was at as local address and my New York adress as the mailing address..

The title transfer has to be notarized only if the STATE issuing the title you are getting from the seller requires it. So look at the title you are getting does it say it needs to be notarized?
