Ice cube trays don't freeze the minute you put them in the freezer.
I don't know about your fridge but mine makes ice cubes in less than an hour! :W
It will be below freezing here in Florida from 9pm until 8am tomorrow morning. Plenty of time to make ice cubes inside those 1-1/2 inch plastic water lines.
Other than having to winterize the MH it sure isn't a big deal.

Yup I'll take these '2 days' of somewhat cold weather hands down and with a smile on my face!
