If you check areound, I think you will find other things to be bigger driving factors on cost. Insurances, State taxes etc.
If this is an effort to find the cheapest way to live, as others have said, read up on escapees.
In general all three mentioned Fl, SD and tx tax wise are good choices, Vehicle insurance, I found SD to be best for mine, Health insurance from what others have told me, if you are not on medicare and are insuring yourself, Fl supposedly has more and better choices,
