Choosing the right RV

I am in the early stages of deciding on what type of RV to buy. The plan upon retirement is for my wife and I to sell everything, and hit the road full time. I have two motorcycles that factor into the equation. I am going back n' forth between a Class A and a travel trailer/truck combo (the latter makes towing the bikes much easier). I am open to hearing opinions???

  • we went a big truck and a big toy hauler, no toys as of yet, but a guy has to have a plan in place for just that kind of thing
  • You have to look and start with something, and trade up later to what your will need.
  • First
Have a plan for what to do when the idea of full-timing doesn't pan out

    Notice, I didn't say if.

That's because, unless you both die driving down the road, you will have to give up traveling at some point.

Obviously this plan will keep changing.

    Second
A MH towing a dual-rail bike trailer sounds like it makes more sense to me, then a truck towing a toyhauler with the bikes inside. Well, except then the truck gives you a vehicle you can use when it's pouring rain, blowing, hail, etc.
