A MH is going to depreciate.
A TT is going to depreciate.
A tow vehicle is going to depreciate.
Your post doesn't say if your purchase is for part time use or Full Time.
Traveling a lot or sitting in one spot a lot.
My choice was a MH because for over 40 years I drove a pick up truck every day in my job. Now retired I no longer have to drive one. In the last 14 years I have had the same MH Full Time but now on my 3rd Toad. To me they have been a much better comfortably ride. Easy to get in and out of, easy to park. And I love my present one with the twin turbo 365 HP. :)
I did have a TT for several years many years ago that was OK for occasional use but it would not have near the storage room for Full Time as my MH that has over 5,000 lb of CC.
No matter what you get a TT, TV, or MH. Most of what you invest in them will be gone by depreciation over time. If you can't afford to lose $$$$ then RV ownership may not be for you.
