I was getting to that point myself until breakdowns, repairs, etc. on my 2006 RAM pickup (with 195,000 miles on it) forced me into a new (to me) pickup, a 2015 RAM 3500 Laramie Longhorn CTD. The DW and I cannot believe the overall comfort, luxury and amenities this truck has. By far, more than most high end luxury cars. I love driving this thing :)
That said - I think even with a $50,000 tow vehicle and $40,000 TT the long run cost will be cheaper than a MH. Plus the TV can be used for more than just camping.
