RV'ing/ formal camp sites, it has gone good and bad. Had some bad experiences starting the conversation, walk offs. Now I let others start the conversation.
Camping, my definition of camping is boon-docking. I don't travel over a 100 miles and camp remotely in the woods to have anyone within site of me, nor do I want to hear their generators and radios. If someone walks into my remote camp, I immediately think there is going to be trouble and I am prepared.
So when we RV I am as sociable as I can be, we say hello to everyone and chairs are facing the road/path, some stop. Camping, I am distressing from work and the big city, let me have my space.
