C W in Indy. Went in to buy a 3" "O" ring for mu sewer cap a 2013 model and guess what ? it's a special order. Really! it's a standard rubber "o" ring. we all have them, they do get old they do break. So why a special order. And the sales person say " can't carry everything" and walks away. And they want to know why they get a bad rap.

I had the same problem a few YEARS ago with the same Camping World. Rather than fighting city hall, I just bought another cap that included the ring. I took the ring out, used it on my old cap (it fit better anyway), and went on with life. Sometimes, it's just easier to compromise.

I would not expect there to be very much demand for said 'O' ring. Hardly worth condemning CW over that.

I wonder if you went to the plumbing section of Lowes or HD they would have the size you need. Just a thought.

That's a pretty specific part. Not surprised they didn't stock it. Overall, that CW treated us pretty well, fixed both our breakins on time and on budget. Much better than some of the horror stories I've read here.

I had the same problem. The seal on my straight clear section was leaking and went to get an O-ring. Same response at CW (Wilsonville, OR).. Special order.

So many times they don't have an answer for my question ("not possible", or "look it up on the internet") or "we don't have that" .. and then I find it.
