Trying to execute a contract by email or fax is maybe an issue, but to refuse to send you a blank form to have your lawyer look it over? Seriously?
Run, don't walk, away from that dealer!
There's ZERO legal reasons why you shouldn't have the opportunity to have a blank, or even draft, contract reviewed by a lawyer prior to signing.
