Wow, I'm not at all impressed with that dealer. Frankly, I'm a bit scared. I wonder if the state realizes that they are selling (and presumably registering or getting transit permits for) trailers that presumably do not meet the minimum equipment requirements of having effective brakes and operating runaway brakes (if the old battery was nonfunctional).
Emptying the holding tanks, while not a legal requirement, just seems like such an obvious thing that should be done that it boggles my mind that you'd have to list it...kind of like a tire place that would mount a tire but not put in a valve stem because one didn't specifically ask for one.
