If the fridge is ambient temp, I see no reason there should be any condensation there.
Yup there should be NO condensation unless you have the fridge on.
Do you have a 3 way fridge and it is going to propane or battery when you unplug the shore power?
When I park it I turn the propane off and I shut the fridge off.
