You might be able to find a hybrid with three tilt-out beds that would sleep 7. Also, some bunk models have storage under the bottom bunk and can be converted to a triple bunk. But usually they are going to come in at a higher weigh and depending on the tow vehicle the wind resistance of a TT is a big issue.
