The OP is going to get what she wants and that is the end result of any purchase.
Personally, I wouldn't tow a utility trailer with a minivan but that is me. At the very least, I'd suggest the OP visit a customizer, one experienced in suspensions. I don't know if a significant upgrade to the rear suspension is practical or even possible but a multi link rear suspension is going to get a severe workout with the hitch weight of the trailer.
